Specs

April writing...

So...I saw these at my eye doctors about a year ago. I am thinking I may finally take the plunge and get them. They are super cute right?!!?!

Granted they aren't too far off from what I have right now...

Just a little snazzier on the side...
Ahhh...I dunno.

Do my eyes decieve me??

April writing...

So I am just busily reading my blogs this morning...when I opened up one of my newer subscriptions to Copy Cat Chic. She basically takes expensive items and finds the copy cat version for LESS!

In the past, some of the stuff she finds is bleeeh as far as my taste is concerned, but today. She found a cheaper version of this baby! If you remember back, I mentioned how much I would LOVE one of these, but it was too expensive! We are talking $1,039 with special pricing.

Well Copy Cat Chic...found me a cheaper alternative...and it's basically JUST as cute!

For just $489.98 on sale!

Still expensive...but what a deal....that's ALOT of savings for the same look!!! PLUS it comes with an Ottoman!!! I could totally see myself relaxing in that bad boy!!!

Sigh. To be rich ehhh?!

Backyard Must-Have's

April writing...

If I can't have my eggchair...cause it's too stinking expensive....

Then I would gladly go for one of these...either the round double lounger...

Or the conversation bench...

Or both!!!???

I love them. Sure. I am afraid the squirrels would eat the stuffing out of the seats and cushions. So then we would get Cory his air soft gun and he could take care of that situation. haha! (Sorry PETA)

Anyways...for a cozy little area to picnic or read a book or take a nap...which do you like?

I want an Eggchair!

April writing...

I SOOO badly want one of these...you know it will be perfect in my oh so luscious garden...sike. Well, at least not yet.

That's just scrapping the reason why I will never have this dear chair...other reasons...it's $1,299!!! That'll do it. I won't have my eggchair anytime soon!

But seriously...how cool is it?!?!

*sigh*

Oh well.

I may seriously need this thing...

April writing...

This little baby is awesome. When the alarm sounds...the propeller flies off and shoots around the room. You can't snooze the clock without getting up, finding the propeller and putting it back on the stand.

Nice.

I NEED these Decor Elements...

April writing...

I have been meaning to...Seriously. I NEEDS me some of these Decor Elements vinyl wall rub-on's. They are just simply amazing and I am already a rub-on fan when it comes to my scrapbooking, so to be able to do the SAME to my walls...*I am drooling!*

I just haven't ordered them yet. To be honest, I got overwhelmed. When I got the first batch of advertisement from Stampin' Up I couldn't keep my eyes off it...and just when I had about decided what I would purchase, they sent the supplemental advertisement...with MORE goodies! Now I am simply LOST.

So I am kicking my butt into gear and PURCHASING at least ONE of these Decor Elements...not only because I WANT them, but because I NEED to place an order to stay ACTIVE haha. This lovely recession or whatever we are in, coupled with the gas prices and just all around craziness is seriously effecting my Stampin' Up business. That and I get RSVP's to Club and then the numbers slowly dwindle down to ONE...and I cancel it, to save that ONE person some gas.

Anyways...I am rambling. Here's what I have been going through...while deciding on what to PICK!!!

This is one beautiful example of how these wonderful vinyl rub-on's can be used...and I am IN LOVE with the idea. Ahhh!

Now to tease both YOU and ME with more ideas...
This lovely lady, put her rub-on on a blank picture frame and backed it with some decorative paper. What a neat look!

And this one...I LOVE...I am actually thinking about doing something very similar (with initials) on my dining room wall...it may be what I purchase.

And I just ADORE these flourishes...I want them too. Ehhhh *see my problem?*

And THIS!? What a stinkin' CUTE idea?!?!

So...I am just at a loss. I am seriously torn between the Monogram idea and the flourishes. At least with the Monogram I KNOW where it would go and what I would do. So I may just hold onto getting the flourishes for now.

Anyways...I will be ORDERING whatever I decide on FRIDAY...cause I just can't wait any longer. I will also be posting a tutorial post when I actually put it on my walls!

FOR any of you who may be interested in purchasing one or more of these lovely vinyl art rub-ons, please contact me TODAY...you will be helping me meet my "active" requirements for orders and adding design and style to your home at the same time!!! WHAT?! Awesome!

Take a look at all the Decor Elements products here. Seriously...drop me a line if you are interested in ordering something. Mention this post and SAVE 10% on your ORDER!

I'm insane in love.

April writing...

Now...don't get me wrong. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Rainbow Vacuum. (pictured below isn't my exact model, but you get the idea) But I still have many mixed emotions about it.But it truly is a pain the arse butt to get together. I can't just go the closest, pull it out and vacuum. It just doesn't work that way. I mean, it constantly disgusts amazes me what it can pull out of our carpet...but I mean seriously. $1300 for a vacuum. Were we NUTS?? That thing should be able to walk our dog, raise our children and cook us dinner. (But it totally doesn't...AND I have to take off the top, grab the water basin, pour in the water, put the top back on, plug it in and then drag the attached vacuum around the house.)
Not to mention...and let's be honest...it's just ugly. I mean it already looks 15 years old by the design style. And we have only had it now for about 4 years. And yes, it has great sucking power, and it can find amazing things in our carpet...but then I have to dump the crap, filth, junk...stuff it pulls out of my carpet into my toilet. And one of these days my toilet is just going to spit it back out at me, I just know it. I can't dump it in my backyard, because then after the water goes away I am left with a pile of dog hair, human hair, and other 'stuff' just sitting there in my yard...and while it seems gross to me, it would make a perfectly wonderful pile of 'fun' for my dog Olive. (she's a freak darling animal)
*sigh*
And all of these mixed emotions are greatly increased now as I open up the Sunday paper to cut my coupons only to find this beauty...
The Dyson Pink (PINK people...it's a pink vacuum. That makes birds start chirping for me...and I am not even that much of a girlie girl!!) DC07 Bagless Upright!!!
And Target has it for $399 (if you are keeping track you will notice that it is $901 cheaper than our beloved Rainbow) + Target will send money for the Fight against Breast Cancer + Target will give you a $100 gift card when you purchase one. (although I do think you have to open a Target Redcard to get that benefit.)
I just can't help but stare at her. She's beauty in the form of a household cleaning device. So immediately my mind goes to finding out how I can test out a Dyson to see if I would truly like it. And finding a way to convince my husband of selling our Rainbow (of which I am sure we can make a pretty penny) lending some of that money to debt payoff...while leaving just enough to purchase my precious pink beauty.
*sigh*
but I digress...it seems I will only be staring at my beauty...not spending good, clean quality time with her anytime soon. (btw...in case you needed further proof of my insanity...I would have named her Rose...my Rainbow has no name.)
