You are just spilling over with excitement...aren't you?!
:)
Wanna see how I did it?
First off, I spray painted my frames with a matte black finish spray, then I took the frame apart. I covered a small piece of cardboard that I cut to fit the opening with some burlap (Thanks Mom!) Next thing, I put my burlap piece in the frame and used brads to fasten the back of the frame to the frame itself.
Next, I checked everything out, even putting it on the wall to make sure I liked where the design was headed...
and I did!
and I did!
I then printed out my design and laid it out to determine the best size...perfect...
Then I painstakingly cut it out...all the twists and turns. I messed up at one point because I cut out the wrong parts!! But that was a quick easy fix...(thanks scotch tape!)
I laid out my stencil and used a short stipple brush to apply my black acrylic paint to the burlap.
As you can see I just flipped my image to paint on the other frame!
I let it dry for a quick minute while I used hot glue to attach my silverware to the burlap!
Then I hung my new art in it's new home on the big red wall in the kitchen!

I hope you like it!!! I had a blast putting it together!
